In our continued commitment to provide quality service after completely understanding our client's needs and goals, we do not provide legal advice over the phone.
We appreciated our clients must have an idea of what the legal costs will be and we are committed to being fair and reasonable. We offer block fees for certain matters as indicated below.
In other situations we will charge an appropriate retainer which will be deposited into our trust account. Fees and disbursements will be withdrawn form the trust accounts required and in accordance with the stipulations of the Upper Canada Law Society.
We will discuss and confirm your wants, expectations and needs in order to prepare the retainer agreement. This agreement will include the description of our mandate, confirmation of our fees and the potential circumstances of terminating our relationship should either party decide to do so.
All of our fees are subject to HST and the costs of disbursements are in addition to our fees.
